As GCS , we perform the tensile /compression tests to your agricultural tractors and their protective structures (ROPS-Cab) or towing devices.

We perform the static load tests to the agricultural tractors and theirs protective structures such as Cab or ROPS in accordance with European Union regulations that also acceptable by Turkey. These static tests varies according to maximum mass of tractors which is fitted with the protective structures. Tests needs to be carried out in 4 different ways; from the front, side, rear and  from the top.

In addition ; we are able to perform compression and tensile tests to tractor’s towing devices which designed to pull the trailers and front towing device of motor vehicles which provides to tow the vehicle .

These regulations are mainly as follow:

- 2009/75/EC – (OECD CODE 4) On Roll-Over Protection Structures Of Wheeled Agricultural Or Forestry Tractors (Static Testing)

- 86/298/EEC – (OECD CODE 7) - On Rear-Mounted Roll-Over Protection Structures Of Narrow-Track Wheeled Agricultural And Forestry Tractors.

- 87/402/EEC – (OECD CODE 6)-  On Roll-Over Protection Structures Mounted İn Front Of The Driver's Seat On Narrow-Track Wheeled Agricultural And Forestry Tractors

- 1322/2014/EU - Requirements applying to roll-over protection structures (static testing)

- 2015/208/EU - Requirements on mechanical couplings

- 2009/144/EEC - Certain Components And Characteristics Of Wheeled Agricultural Or Forestry Tractors

- 1005/2010/EU - Concerning Type-Approval Requirements For Motor Vehicle Towing Devices

According to the mentioned regulations, we are able to perform the compression and tensile tests with high loads (up to 25 tons) in our laboratories. As a result of these  tests ; we examined the tractors,protective structures,towing devices and connections whether the regulation meets the requirements or not . After the conformity checks, it can be reported, then type approval can be submitted.

With our international cooperation partners. we can also offer approvals according to the OECD Code standards.
