In our laboratories, according to the regulations mentioned above, high tonnage (up to 25 tons) compression and tensile tests can be carried out.
As a result of these tests, it is examined whether the requirements of the regulations of tractors, protective structures, traction devices and connections are met and the conformity status is reported and type approval can be given.
Together with our international business alliance partners, we are able to offer approvals according to OECD Code standards.
GCS TEST, as a technical service in all categories (A, D-17025; B, D-17020, C-17021) including full vehicle type approval by the German Type Approval Organization KBA (Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt), one of the most important and prestigious establishments in Europe It has been assigned.
As GCS TEST, we carry out press / pull tests on agricultural tractors and protective structures.
We perform static loading tests in accordance with European Union regulations, which are also accepted in our Protective Structural Country, such as Cab and ROPS, which are the main components of the tractor's body and are attached to protect the driver. These load tests vary according to the maximum weights of the tractors fitted with protective structures and must be applied in 4 different directions, from front, side, back and top.
However, we can also perform press and pull tests on trailer towing devices designed and installed for towing trailers, and for front towing devices on motor vehicles with strikes.
